A landmark healthcare development in Abha — one of the most technically demanding medical facilities currently under delivery in the Kingdom. Verta Build serves as Main Contractor, managing full construction execution across a 110,000 sqm built-up area designed for 350 beds.
Delivering a fully operational hospital facility at this scale requires simultaneous coordination of civil works, MEP systems, medical gas installations, IT/ELV infrastructure, and strict MOH regulatory compliance — all within a defined 48-month construction window.
